A bakery was established in Kobe in 1905. We provide freshly baked products every day by using a scratch-baking method where a baker is engaged in the entire process from preparing the dough from flour to shaping and baking. We offer a wide variety of products, ranging from standard breads, such as baguettes, a loaf of bread, and viennoiserie, to seasonal breads.
