31 Ice Cream will run a campaign at the grand opening of the Shinsui Building. Customers who buy its products at the store between March 15 (Fri.) and March 17 (Sun.) will get a 31 original clear file folder on a first come, first served basis. Moreover, customers who buy products over 1,000 yen will get an original present on a first come, first served basis.
